There are two different shapes of Pestmatic pheromone trap. The 4 kraft traps can be placed anywhere in your kitchen, and the 4 sticky pads can be stuck on windows, inside cupboards, on shelves and in drawers to maximise their effectiveness.

TIPS FOR BETTER PERFORMANCE
- Traps should not be placed near active radiators, ventilation outlets and open windows
- Do not place two traps less than 3m from each other!
- When replacing traps it is recommended to use the same places
- Their effectiveness is limited by contamination of the adhesive surface (up to 3 months)
- KEEP IN THE SAME PLACE FOR AT LEAST 2 WEEKS

- The Pestmatic pantry moth trap specialises in attracting MALE MOTHS only – thanks to the female pheromone. It attracts them into the trap, thus preventing the formation of new generations of food moths.

HOW DOES IT WORK?
Traps are used to monitor and control moths, although they are not a sole control solution for getting rid of a moth problem (especially for an infestation). Our traps include a female pheromone attractant that lures MALE moths only onto the glued surface, preventing the formation of new generations of clothes moths or food moths. If you see moths sitting next to the trap, they are mostly female moths, as our trap attracts MALE moths only, consequently both the males and females disappear after a few days.
