PLUM MOTH TRAP
How does it work?
Pestmatic outdoor traps capture plum moths in a natural way, thanks to the female pheromone which attracts adult moths and lures them into the sticky surface.
The shape of the trap is not random. The adhesive surface is cover, therefore only plum moths are attracted and other beneficial insects and birds are safe!

Important!
- Position trap on a branch, at a height of approx. 1.5-2.5M
- Monitor every 2-3 days
- Traps do not accumulate leaves
- Traps are not affected by sunlight or rain
- Use the trap from APRIL/MAY until end of August

METHOD OF USE
- Remove the trap from the pheromone protective packaging
- Use the string in the package to hang the trap on a tree
- Position the trap on a branch, at a heigh of approx. 1.5 – 2.5m
- Monitor every 2 – 3 days

2 traps per 1.5 ha surface area
PERIOD OF USE
It is recommended to use the trap from April/May until the end of August, without interruption

We deal with pests and insects, which cause problems for many of us in a sensible and practical way.
HOW DOES IT WORK?
Traps are used to monitor and control moths, although they are not a sole control solution for getting rid of a moth problem (especially for an infestation). Our traps include a female pheromone attractant that lures MALE moths only onto the glued surface, preventing the formation of new generations of clothes moths or food moths. If you see moths sitting next to the trap, they are mostly female moths, as our trap attracts MALE moths only, consequently both the males and females disappear after a few days.
